Does a Man"s Sperm Have a Fertility Cycle Like Women Do?

Women have what is called a “Fertility Cycle” based on their Menstrual Cycle. By monitoring this cycle they are better able to determine when the best chance of getting pregnant is. It’s been used since the dawn of mankind as a method of birth control and to aid in pregnancy. Does such a cycle exist within men?

A woman menstruates once a month, in a cycle, through a series of hormonal influences that builds up the tissues for egg implantation, releases the egg, and then breaks down the tissues for disposal if they egg is not fertilized. By using this series in a 28-day cycle, she has a better idea of when she can or cannot get pregnant.

Men, on the other hand, continually make sperm and they can be released at any time through the act of orgasm and ejaculation. So while women have a certain period of time each month when they are the most fertile, the question remains if men do. Certainly, as men do not have such a 28-day cycle (as mentioned, sperm are constantly being manufactured) it would seem that such factors would not affect a man’s sperm and their fertility or not.

It just so happens that men do have something of a “fertility” cycle. While the changes are not drastic enough to have much of an affect, there are certain times and seasons when his sperm count is higher.

The Fall and Winter months seem to have a connection to sperm count, in that sperm numbers are higher during these months. Obviously, then, they tend to be lower in the Spring and Summer months. This may have to do with the testicles getting too hot in the hotter months and affecting the lives of sperm (they are very temperature sensitive). If it is just too hot in these Spring and Summer months, your testicles won’t have much luck in extending themselves to keep your sperm at the correct temperature for survival. In the colder months it should be easier to regulate sperm temperature if needed by your cremasteric muscle pulling your testicles closer to your body if your sperm get too cold.

Another factor is that sperm count is higher in the early morning than it is at any other time of the day or night. While the difference is minimal, it is something to keep in mind if one is trying to father children.

Men interested in increasing their sperm count and quality is one way to increase his sexual potency and virility. Supplementing the diet with zinc is one way to create more and healthier sperm.

There are other ways of exercising and special dietary techniques that can help a man have a higher quantity and quality of sperm, which inevitably leads to a more powerful and pleasurable orgasm. To read methods on such techniques, read IRON MAN PENIS – THE RUSSIAN SYSTEM.
